{little moments}

Last week at we had our {little moments} theme, hosted by
What lovely, pull at your heart strings, mamma moments captured.
I think that made it extra hard on our Guest Judge for narrowing that down.
Here is what She had to say.

It was hard to choose only 5 for the top {little moments} as each and every one spoke to my mama's heart on all the fleeting times and moments that will be gone before we know it! .... but eventually I had to narrow it down.. so here goes!

This sweet playing in the curtains was so touching as it drew me as little moment that will probably be forgotten as time passes..

This photo caught my eye as it reminded me of how moments like this are rarely remembered - the sweet gaze, loving sweep of daddy's hand, etc...

The details of this really brings out the little moment here- gentle hands, little ballet slippers, reading a story together.

This was an immediate love for me- as someone who's always keepin an eye out for gorgeous sun and how to use it- it also encompasses a moment I'm sure if it were me I wouldn't remember- kiddos sweetly running through the field.. sheesh just perfect.

And for this lovely picture I totally know the feeling of not usually grabbing my camera for a moment like this- but when I do I absolutely adore it and always hold such a little moment picture precious to me..

Weekly Faves

We are enjoying seeing all your weekly faves over at CLICK STYLE.
We are still short on numbers for posting, but we will try to
run a weekly blog, and if not it will be every other week.
Even though we only have a few shares, it was still so hard
to narrow down to only 5.
You all deserve a win in our books.

Here are the top 5, in no particular order.

Fave Five: Rubylee Photography

This week we had the honor of having
Sahsha from Rubylee Photography as our guest judge.
The theme she has picked is little moments.
Head on over to CLICK STYLE and share your images
with us.
Sahsha has picked out 5 of her recent fave
images to share with us today.
Here is what she had to say.

I chose these five pictures because a lot of what I absolutely love to focus on is daily life... moments that are gone before I know it... connection and more! I also love light and shadows - anything that can help bring a moment to life!
Thank you so much for having me as a guest judge also, I truly appreciate it!

The Blissful Maven: Fave Five

This week has been Valentine's week over at {CLICK}STYLE,
and we all have been enjoying seeing your {touch} images.
Candice from The Blissful Maven has picked the incredible theme.
Now she is sharing with us her fave five images, and telling us why she loves them.
These images take my breath away, and her words are dead on honest.
You can not help but feel while viewing her images.
 Here is what Candice say.

Its a crazy thing how we can feel so much from an image. but its what I love to do. These images here move me. Move me to be better, move me to keep going.... we like in a very technical world. But I am not. I love the mess, the passion, the unforgettable image. What makes an image unforgettable? its how it makes you feel at that very moment, it becomes ingrained in our head. Like the smell of your favorite perfume, at the moment you smell that perfume it takes you back. Back to a place that made you feel like you did at that moment.... I want my images to be my favorite perfume. Nostalgia is what I want to capture..... SO when Someone asks me where am I going with my work... I say I'm going back, to a place where images meant something.

Jana Butman Photography: Fave Five

Our Fave Five today at {CLICK}STYLE is this weeks guest judge,
These images are stunning!! Her works is so full of
light and life, and you can see it all in
her top 5 picks she has chosen to share with us today.
Grab a coffee/tea and check out this gorgeousness!

I love this picture because of the light. I am absolutely in love with the golden hour light and I love to go out and shoot for fun with my kids while they play. My son loves balls and I think one day he will play a soccer player and this will always remind me of that!

This is my ultimate favorite picture of my girl! I love our long summer days, bare feet and the smell of dirt on my kids. I let them be kids and I love to document it in my photos.

This picture is special for me because it is a picture of my husband. When I created it I named it "The man behind bubbles" and it says it all! He is the guy behind our well being and he has always been one of the biggest supporters of my photography.

My daughter being so brave feeding a seagull. She does things for me so I get a good shot and I appreciate that so much! This picture will always remind me that!

My secret passion is still life photography and when I have time I like to take photos of things. This one is one my latest favorites.

{it's a Mom thing...}

Last week over at {CLICK}STYLE we had in
Debra from Pixelus Moments.
She picked a really good theme, and you all answered back
with pure gorgeousness!!
There was so many beautiful, precious, sweet, adorable, gorgeous
images posting, that is all we were commenting all week long.
The talent that posts to this page never disappoints, and we
always enjoy viewing every single one.

Here is Debra's top 5

This image makes me chuckle. I can totally relate. Many times have I felt obligated to proudly display some little craft my babies have made me. No matter how silly. And, of course, the color and detail is fantastic.

I love this image. The gorgeous light. The adoration in mom's face. The fact that she's standing on a beach filled with bystanders but her focus is set on her precious little one...like nothing else matters. Now that's a true mother's love.

It would be easier to say what I don't love about this image. I will say that the one thing I find most endearing  is the softness in the way this mom cradles her baby's body close to hers. So close that they seem to merge as one and yet so gently and effortlessly like a cocoon. This image is not only visually beautiful, it's also peaceful. As it should be.

This image immediately caught my attention. Everything from the conversion and the crop to the details in the messy hair and the striped pajamas is wonderful. And just look at those little buttons!! Adorable!!

When I first glanced at this image, it was like "Double Take". I'm a sucker for a low-key, black and white. I love the composition and the dof. The symbolism in the hands reaching toward each other...beautiful created.
